Job Description

  • GHL Automation & CRM Setup

  • Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers, email/SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel.
  • Customize pipelines, forms, calendars, funnels, and campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.

  • N8N Workflow Development

  • Build and manage integrations and automation workflows using N8N.
  • Connect multiple platforms (CRMs, databases, APIs) using N8N for seamless data flow.

  • AI Agent Building

  • Develop and deploy AI-driven agents for lead engagement, support, and customer journey automation.
  • Collaborate with AI platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) to build conversational workflows.

  • Vapi Integration

  • Integrate and manage voice automation using Vapi for inbound and outbound communication flows.
  • Build call flows, IVRs, and lead response systems powered by voice AI.

  • Tech Stack Integration

  • Connect GHL, N8N, Vapi, Google Sheets, Zapier, webhooks, and third-party APIs for end-to-end automation.
  • Ensure data consistency across platforms and real-time updates between marketing, sales, and CRM tools.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze automation performance, funnel conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Continuously improve workflows based on metrics and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    GHL marketing automation

    and CRM setup.
  • Hands-on experience with

    N8N workflow automation

    and integration.
  • Knowledge of

    API integrations, webhooks

    , and custom HTTP requests.
  • Proficiency in building

    AI agents

    (e.g., with OpenAI, Rasa, LangChain, or custom setups).
  • Strong experience with

    Vapi

    or similar voice automation tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-platform systems.
