We are hiring for our client based out at Noida sec- 63 Profile-1.General Manager -Sales & Marketing 2.Asst. Manager/Manager-Sales & Marketing Location-Karol Bagh-West Delhi Job Overview: 1. The Mall Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving foot traffic and enhancing the overall shopping experience within the mall premises. 2. Mall Marketing Manager maximizes marketing opportunities and sponsorships while staying attuned to industry trends and consumer behavior. 3. Their efforts contribute to the mall's success by increasing customer engagement, driving sales, and solidifying its position as a premier shopping destination in the region. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales within the mall premises. 2. Collaborate with mall tenants to coordinate joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities. 3. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor. 4. Organize and oversee events and promotional activities within the mall, such as product launches, fashion shows, and seasonal promotions. 5. Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, local businesses, and media partners to maximize marketing opportunities and sponsorships. 6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives. 8. Manage the mall's marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. 9. Oversee the mall's online presence, including website management, social media channels, and online listings, to enhance visibility and engagement. 10. Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with external agencies and contractors as needed to support marketing initiatives. Qualifications: PGDM / MBA Professional Qualifications: Masters qualification Experience: 3-6 years Salary Range: 45k-60k Specific skills: Should be knowledgeable about digital trends, Virtual merchandising, current Marketing trends.
