Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end. ### Roles and Responsibility Support payroll system set-up, data migration, and transition. Deliver payroll processing services, ensuring accurate and timely operational aspects. Prepare complex payroll data for input and assist with record maintenance to ensure accuracy and service quality. Assist clients in meeting taxation, superannuation, and statutory obligations through returns preparation and reporting. Provide responsive client advisory services on payroll matters and resolve difficult enquiries. Coach, mentor, train, and coordinate staff activities. ### Job Requirements Proven ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team. Quick learning of new information, processes, and procedures. Ability to meet deadlines and identify/resolve problems. Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English. Experience in payroll and large ERP systems. Experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. A payroll-related diploma/certificate is advantageous but not necessary. Prior experience in tax accounting and finance is beneficial but not necessary. Strong analytical skills are required.
