Game Developer Intern (Unity & Construct 3)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Game Development Intern with hands-on experience or strong interest in Unity and Construct 3 to join our game design team. As an intern, you will assist in designing, developing, and testing engaging 2D/3D games and interactive experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building 2D and 3D games using Unity (C#) and Construct 3
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement gameplay mechanics and levels
• Work on UI/UX elements, animations, and game logic
• Test games and fix bugs during development and QA phases
• Optimize games for performance and cross-platform deployment (WebGL, Android, iOS)
• Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions to improve game design

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Unity game engine and C# scripting
• Familiarity with Construct 3 and its event-driven logic system
• Understanding of game loops, animations, collisions, and user input handling
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for games

Good to Have

• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
• Knowledge of 2D asset creation or editing (Photoshop, GIMP, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with sound tools (Audacity) or 3D modeling (Blender)
• Previously published or demo games on Itch.io, Play Store, or GitHub

Eligibility

• Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Recent graduates or self-taught developers with portfolio projects are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
