Key Skills & Competencies

Frontend/UI:

• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, and Bootstrap
• Experience with Kendo UI is a plus

Backend/Services:

• Strong experience in Java 21, Spring Boot
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Exposure to Python and Apache Spark is advantageous

Databases:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis

Documentation & Process:

• Proficient in documenting design artifacts when required
• Well-versed with Agile methodologies; experience working with Jira and Confluence

Additional Technical Skills:

• Strong in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL/PL SQL and writing optimized queries
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to multi-task
• Capable of managing own workload as well as leading small teams
