Full Stack Developer Lead

Role Overview : As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications. Your expertise will span both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the application stack. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development : Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Ensure responsive and intuitive UI/UX across various devices. Back-End Development : Develop server-side logic using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. Create and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities. Database Management : Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries. Work with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Application Deployment & Maintenance : Deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations. Collaboration & Agile Practices : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews. Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Skills Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate). Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular). Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
