Job Title : Full-Stack AI App Developer
Location : Bangalore

Company Overview: EMO Energy is reimagining the backbone of urban mobility, energy, and fleet operations. We re building India s most advanced energy infrastructure startup powering EVs, batteries, dark stores, riders, and logistics all from a single unified AI-driven super app. We operate at the intersection of energy-as-a-service, data platforms, real-time operations, and scalable logistics.

Job Summary: We re looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack AI App Developer to take full ownership of our AI-driven Super App from architecture to deployment. You ll build modular views for multiple user personas (rider, deployment ops, owner, restaurant, technician) and integrate specialized AI agents (e.g., Complaint Agent, Deployment Agent) that drive workflows. If you thrive on end-to-end responsibility and want to lead the build of India s most advanced fleet/energy platform, this is your calling.

Responsibilities:

Architect and build a full-stack AI-enabled application from scratch
Design modular frontend views for different stakeholders using React.js or React Native
Develop intelligent agent interfaces (chatbots & prompt tools) using LLMs (OpenAI, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Build secure backend APIs (FastAPI, Django, Node.js) for managing energy, fleet, and user operations
Integrate real-time data workflows: GPS, QR code scan, battery data, ride timers
Implement map-based fleet tracking and live asset visibility dashboards
Set up OTP-based authentication, permissions, and multi-role access flows
Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Firebase, Docker)
Optimize performance and scalability across mobile and desktop platforms
Collaborate closely with the founding team, ops team, and hardware teams to iterate fast and solve real-world logistics problems

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Technical:

Strong command of front-end frameworks: React.js (mandatory), React Native or Flutter (optional)
Back-end experience with FastAPI, Node.js, Express, or Django
Solid understanding of TypeScript or Python (bonus if you know both)
Proficiency with GCP services: Firebase, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Secret Manager
Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
Familiarity with WebSockets, Redis, Firebase for real-time communication
Mobile integration: camera, QR, GPS, push notifications
AI API experience: OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, RAG

Product & Architecture:

End-to-end ownership of previous applications (solo or lead developer)
Strong UI/UX product sensibility understanding user journeys for riders, ops, owners, etc.
Experience building dashboards or internal tools (logistics, energy, or mobility domains a plus)
Familiarity with prompt engineering or conversational agent design (big plus)

Other:

Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements
Ability to communicate technical decisions and product tradeoffs to non-engineers
Enthusiastic about clean code, clear architecture, and impact-driven work
2-5 years of experience in full-stack product development (or demonstrably equivalent)
Past experience at a startup, especially in energy, logistics, or AI, is a bonus
