Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling phone calls with appropriate etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role involves maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, Front Office operations, and managing reservations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling inquiries
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
