We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, the ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance. Key Responsibilities · Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. · Maintain a professional environment. · Handle visitor queries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. · Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email. · Schedule appointments and meetings with our clients. · Support administrative staff with data entry and other office tasks. . Maintaining Files and Coordinating in follow-ups.
