Job Title: Account Coordinator – International Client Operations Location: Batlagundu, Dindigul Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end operational processes for our international clients. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Proven experience in account coordination, client servicing, or operations management – preferably in an international environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus. Flexible to work in different time zones, depending on client location. Preferred Skills: Prior experience handling export/import clients or global operations. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
