In short, you are helping banks, merchants, and billers capture rising real-time opportunities and volumes to meet the shifting needs of their consumers and business customers. You will be primarily responsible for the identification and development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions, and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. You will define customer needs, develop a plan, and propose the delivery of the project. You will be viewed by customers as a consultant, and your performance will typically be evaluated based on utilization (i.e., billable hours). Your responsibilities will include analyzing clients" business needs and requirements, providing various solution options to customers, designing, building, and/or maintaining ACI products using required tools, identifying and correcting problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, evaluating code to ensure it is valid and meets industry standards, conferring with development teams to prioritize needs and resolve conflicts, helping choose solutions, developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure on-time quality deliverables, providing estimates for the team based on business requirements, actively participating in mentoring junior staff while also growing abilities and domain knowledge with active participation with senior staff, addressing customer functional and nonfunctional requirement needs, troubleshooting issues, providing immediate solutions, assisting customers with implementation methods and efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption, following prescribed processes, recommending process improvements if needed, and performing other duties as assigned. You will also need to understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The knowledge, skills, and experience required for this job include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any equivalent degree, 10-14 years of relevant experience, BASE24 domain and development knowledge, knowledge of ATM/POS, Interchange Interface, ISO8583, EMV/Contactless, excellent knowledge of BASE24 configuration and development skills, working knowledge of Transaction Security Services (TSS), knowledge of Fraud Application, Data replication tools, working experience in project implementation in a bank or processor environment using BASE24, and knowledge of transaction language TAL.
