Job Description

· Should be experienced in handling manpower on the floor for different types of packing, assembly jobs etc. to get maximum production & meet DESPATCH deadlines. · Keeping Record of day-to-day production, rejections, shortages etc. and coordinating with the relevant team to replenish the shortfall and complete the orders. · Should have good communication skills to coordinate with the staff members and contractual workers. · Monitoring quality of products, implement Safety protocols, identify & resolve issues, Plan & Prioritize production schedule to meet deadlines.
