At PwC, as a Guidewire developer, you specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire offers insurance companies tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Your responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing software solutions tailored to the specific needs of insurance organizations. You focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating complex situations to deepen technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. As part of the Business Application Consulting team at PwC Acceleration Centers, you analyze client requirements, support testing, and address client queries. As a Senior Associate, you focus on building client connections, anticipating needs, and delivering quality work. You engage in scrum calls, provide status reports, and participate in CoE activities, training, and recruitments. **Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience in Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter - Configuration - Proficiency in streams like Configuration, Integration, or Conversion - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model) - Good understanding of Webservices, XML, ant script, and database management (Oracle/SQL Server) - Experience in SCRUM Agile, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred - Familiarity with servers like Tomcat/JBoss, excellent analytical and communication skills **What You Must Have:** - Sound knowledge in software architecture and design patterns - Estimation, team leading, code review, mentoring skills - Worked on at least two Guidewire implementations - Good to have skills in Thunderhead/MuleSoft Integration, SCM tools like GIT/SVN, DevOps skills - Exposure to servers/containers like Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) - Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile delivery ways, insurance domain knowledge **What Sets You Apart:** - Preferably 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain - Proficiency in Guidewire Product Suite, Agile SCRUM, or SAFe methodology - Competent solution evaluation skills, client relationship building abilities - Experience in impactful presentations, contribution to Insurance CoE and training initiatives,
