Finance & Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop core accounting skills in a structured industrial environment.

Responsibilities

· Maintain day to day financial transactions and update accounting software

· Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments

· Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance

· Handle GST filing and TDS records under supervision

· Ensure timely and accurate data entry and document filing

· Coordinate with auditors and vendors as needed

Location & commitments & Benefits

· Full-time

· Training Period will be 2 to 3 months and salary will be 12000 to 15000

· Monitoring period will be 3 to 6 months and salary 15000 to 20000

· Performance Bonus

Candidate requirements

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication skills in English and Tamil

· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is a plus

· Internship or training experience in a finance/accounting role

· Experience: 1–2 year’s
