Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance on medical equipment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The day-to-day tasks will include visiting client sites, diagnosing technical issues, and performing repairs and maintenance to ensure the seamless operation of medical equipment.

Qualifications

Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
