TITLE OF THIS POSITION: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS Profile: Engineer/Sr Engineer Location: Kolkata Employment type: Permanent Experience: 2 - 6 years CTC- 3.5-6L Desired Skills and Experience: B.Tech/Diploma in EE / EEE Electronics / Instrumentation/ Electrical Engg. Technically sound individual with experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & repairs, and after-market sales, including AMC etc. Ability to read & interpret drawings, including those of basic Civil & Mechanical in nature Smart, with good English communication skills Ideal candidate would be from Power Generation/Process Industries background Job Description: Need to travel extensively (roughly 15 20 days in a month), to different locations / Sites, for pre & post-order site-survey for identification of instrument locations, in consultation with Customer-Engineers, prepare field-cable estimates, and carry out installation, commissioning and servicing of large-sized, thermal power-plant boiler instruments, wired & wireless devices, etc Select and appoint Local Sub-Contractors for installation activities and carry out all E&C activities within specified cost & time-frames, under his Supervision Develop and maintain strong relationship with the customer for smooth execution of Projects Back office work including offer preparation, follow-up with customer for timely payments, co-ordination with Branches etc. About the Company: Hi-Tech is a leading national provider of highly engineered, technologically advanced products and services in high performance markets.
