Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Linear Drainage Systems Experience Level: Fresher to 3 Years Location: [pune / mumbai ] Industry: Construction / Water Management / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Engineer to join our sales team in the linear drainage systems sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and driving sales of linear drainage products to contractors, consultants, builders, and infrastructure firms. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and share report daily  Promote and sell linear drainage products to civil contractors, builders, consultants, and architects. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct site visits and product demonstrations. Provide pre- and post-sales support, including addressing client queries and feedback and resolve the same through quality team  Technical Support: Offer product specifications and technical assistance to clients and stakeholders as per their specific project requirements  Collaborate with internal technical team to offer customised  drainage solutions  Market Research: Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends. Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales visits, customer interactions, and project updates. Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management. Requirement :   bachelor or diploma in civil , MBA with 0-3 years experience in construction equipment , piping , drainage or any infrastructure related products.  Skills :  Excellent communication and convincing skills with passion in sales .
