Field Recruiter

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions.. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGO’s, referrals, and networks etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Knowledge / Education

● Minimum Graduate mandatory.

● Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with blue-collar roles & bulk hiring.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
