Field Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy and Planning Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties. Conduct field-based market research to identify opportunities for new services and understand competitor strengths and weaknesses. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to prepare and implement detailed marketing plans. 2. Advertising and Promotion Coordinate and carry out advertising campaigns via print, radio, television, and digital platforms. Distribute and manage promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with the hospitals brand identity. Organize and actively participate in outreach activities including health camps, community events, and health fairs to enhance visibility. 3. Patient Relations and Experience Liaise with the patient relations team to gather feedback and understand common concerns and suggestions from patients. Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve patient satisfaction based on real-time feedback and market insights. Educate the public about hospital services, specialty clinics, and new treatments. 4. Patient Referrals from Doctors Build and maintain relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and clinics to encourage patient referrals to the hospital. Maintain a referral log and ensure follow-up communication with referring doctors. Conduct regular visits to doctor clinics and healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks. 5. Partnerships and Networking Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, corporate firms, wellness centers, and community organizations. Work with healthcare providers and community leaders to extend hospital outreach. Explore CSR-related partnership opportunities for mutual community benefit. 6. Reporting and Analysis Maintain a daily and weekly report of field visits, marketing activities, leads generated, and referral status. Analyze performance of ongoing campaigns and field activities to evaluate ROI and effectiveness. Submit insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to the marketing manager.
