Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- On-Site Support Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.
- Installation & Repairs Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.- Emergency Support Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions.- Customer Interaction Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.- Technical Coordination Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.- Important Requirement: A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
