**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced female School In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our school. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with expertise in administration, staff coordination, and student support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily school operations, including staff management, student affairs, and facility upkeep.

- Develop and enforce school policies and procedures in line with educational standards.

- Work with teachers, parents, and the community to foster a positive and productive school atmosphere.

- Monitor and enhance academic performance through effective strategies and interventions.

- Handle administrative duties such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the school.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in school administration or management.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and create a cohesive team environment.

- Knowledge of educational regulations and best practices.
