Job Title: Fabrication Head Company: Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. Location: Dwarka, Sector 15, Delhi Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Salary Range: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) Job Overview:Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fabrication Head to lead and manage the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SS & MS fabrication, sheet cutting, and kitchen equipment manufacturing, along with the ability to manage daily operations, quality control, and coordination with production and design teams. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the fabrication team in day-to-day operations. Review and execute fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Oversee SS, MS, and MSB sheet cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes. Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to product standards. Coordinate with design and production teams to meet timelines and resolve technical issues. Manage material planning, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization. Conduct quality checks at different stages of fabrication. Maintain tools, machinery, and fabrication workshop cleanliness and safety. Train and guide junior technicians and welders as needed. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, preferably in kitchen equipment or sheet metal industry. Strong hands-on experience with fabrication machines, welding, polishing, and sheet cutting. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and fabrication plans. Leadership qualities with the ability to handle a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
