2. Communication & Follow-Up - Strong verbal and written skills for following up on outstanding payments and resolving disputes.3. Reconciliation & Accuracy - Ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date through regular reconciliations.
1. ERP/Accounting Software Proficiency - Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks enhances efficiency.
2. Credit Risk Assessment - Understanding customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits.3. Excel & Reporting Skills - Ability to generate aging reports, track KPIs, and analyze AR trends.
