Export Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare and verify all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and bills of lading.
• Ensure adherence to export laws, trade regulations, and customer-specific documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce and other regulatory bodies for legal document attestation.
• Shipping Coordination:
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters for booking and dispatch of export shipments.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders regarding dispatch and delivery status.
• Internal Coordination:
• Liaise with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure product readiness, payment terms, and timely dispatch.
• Work closely with the finance team for processing LC (Letter of Credit), export incentives, and realization tracking.
• Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and transactions.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management review.
• Customer Communication:
• Communicate with international clients regarding shipping schedules, documentation needs, and post-dispatch updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,247.57 per month
