Job Description

KPMG India is looking for Executive - SAP - BW to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. SAP BW (Business Warehouse) is a data warehousing solution offered by SAP. A job description for an SAP BW professional typically includes the following responsibilities : 1. Design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehousing systems using SAP BW. 2. Understanding of business requirements and translating them into SAP BW solutions. 3. Developing, testing and deploying ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to populate data into SAP BW. 4. Design and maintenance of SAP BW data models, including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, MultiProviders, and DataStore Objects. 5. Supporting the SAP BW environment and ensuring performance, availability, and scalability of the system. 6. Collaborating with other teams such as SAP Basis, ABAP Development, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems. 7. Designing, building and maintaining SAP BW reports and dashboards using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects. 8. Mentoring and training other team members on SAP BW best practices. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, experience with SAP BW and its related tools, excellent problem - solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross - functional teams.
