As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to flexi claims, reimbursements, performance bonuses, and quarterly incentives on a monthly basis. Your role will also involve ensuring timely preparation and release of full and final settlements while handling employee queries efficiently for prompt resolution. Additionally, you will be working on quarterly and annual returns, ensuring their timely filing, and actively participating in year-end activities such as investment & flexi declarations, proof collections, Form 16 generation, among others. Collaborating with different vendors for meal and gift vouchers will be part of your responsibilities. You will also play an integral role in internal audits to ensure zero non-compliances. The ideal candidate for this position should be proficient in MS Excel, with experience in accounting software like Tally or SAP being a plus. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with a good understanding of various statutory and labour compliances. A graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in commerce or science, is required for this contract role lasting 6 months.,
