Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily construction activities at the site in line with the project plan.
Ensure smooth coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor daily progress using TRUs in-house project tracking platform and highlight deviations proactively.
Ensure timely completion of work without compromising on quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Align execution activities with design updates and ensure on-site compliance.
Conduct site inspections to verify material quality and workmanship.
Track resource utilization (manpower, material, and equipment) and ensure optimal allocation.
Collaborate with procurement and contracts team for timely availability of materials and resources.
Prepare regular progress reports and escalate delays, cost overruns, or bottlenecks.
Maintain adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

BE/B Tech (Civil) with experience and good aptitude
3-6 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure execution roles
PG in Construction Management will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and execution planning
Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and site tracking tools
High energy, adaptability, and a problem-solving attitude
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
