Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of Event Coordinator (Real Estate) –

• Develop and implement the annual event strategy with innovative, real estate-focused campaigns.
• Plan and execute internal and external events including project launches, property expos, site walkthroughs, and high-profile ceremonies.
• Lead the creative direction, branding, and digital enhancements for immersive event experiences.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, design) and external vendors to ensure smooth, cost-effective execution.
• Manage all event logistics including budgeting, legal compliance, permits, staffing, venue setup, hospitality, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to develop and disseminate promotional materials.
• Handle post-event operations such as venue wrap-up, feedback collection, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients to encourage event participation.
• Contribute strategic input to improve future events, explore new formats, and support company-wide initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
