Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Leader. The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in conducting Training for sales teams Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
