The SAP Infra Tools Deploy and Sustain Lead is responsible for deploying and delivering all SAP Infra tools across various geographies and sectors including AMESA, APAC, NA, Europe, LATAM, and PGT. You will collaborate with other IT organizations to ensure high-quality technical solution design and manage complex technical deliveries in alignment with global standards. Your role will involve enhancing enterprise monitoring, system refreshes, and automation capabilities to benefit PepsiCo. Additionally, you will serve as a key contact for IT vendors to achieve desired outcomes through effective hiring, planning, and execution strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading deployment and sustaining efforts related to monitoring, system refreshes, and automations within the SAP Infra Tools domain. You will partner with IT teams during project pursuits for solution design, resource planning, and cost estimations. Supporting architecture design, sizing, and tool capabilities aligned with PIRT/PGT standards will be crucial. Installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP Infra tools such as Focused Run, LaMa, Epi-Use, and SNP will be part of your routine tasks. As the SAP Infra Tools Deploy and Sustain Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving technical issues, performing troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analysis. Planning and facilitating technical cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare support will be essential aspects of your role. Collaboration with global teams for technical decisions, acting as a quality assurance lead, ensuring proper documentation, adherence to release and change management processes, and effective hand-over to Operations are among your responsibilities. You will also be expected to support existing capabilities of Infra tools and enhance them to meet IT and business requirements. Collaborating with internal teams and SAP product teams to drive new capabilities, minimizing critical incidents through advanced monitoring, and staying updated with technology trends are integral parts of your role. Adherence to annual performance processes, outstanding customer service, and continuous learning through training and industry participation are expected from you. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP BASIS/System Administration experience - 6+ years of experience working with teams across multiple geographies Mandatory Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP BASIS/System Administration of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BI, SAP PI/PO, SAP Portal, SAP BOBJ, SAP Solution manager systems - Experience with SAP Focused Run, LaMa, Epi-Use/SNP, or similar tools - Expertise in sizing, landscape design, strategy design, and execution of SAP systems Installations, Migrations, and Upgrades - Knowledge of System refreshes, Backup & Restore, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery setup - Familiarity with ITIL tools/processes, MS Office products, Project implementation methodology, and Production support Mandatory Non-Technical Skills: - Independent planning and management of deliverables - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective collaboration with teams across different geographies - Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels - Flexibility to work varying hours as per business requirements - Outstanding customer service skills, especially when dealing with direct and indirect customers - Prior experience in the IT or CPG industry is preferred,
