As an EIR, you will be given the resources and autonomy to identify, validate, and build a new business venture from 0 to 1 within the company's ecosystem. What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Identify Opportunities:

  Research and identify new, high-potential business opportunities or product lines that align with the company's strategic goals.

• 0-to-1 Execution:

  Lead a "startup within a startup," taking a new idea from a concept on paper to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and achieving initial product-market fit.

• Wear Multiple Hats:

  Act as the founder of your venture, taking charge of everything from product strategy and customer development to marketing, sales, and operations.

• Build the Business Case:

  Develop a robust business case, financial model, and long-term strategy for your venture, and pitch it to senior leadership.

• Iterate Rapidly:

  Embrace a mindset of rapid experimentation and iteration, using data and customer feedback to guide your decisions.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

• Experience:

  1-5 years of experience with a

  demonstrated history of building things from scratch
