Skill requirements -

Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize

plant performance.

Oversee electrical maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety

protocols and industry standards.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment

failures and extend lifespan.

Collaborate with project engineering teams to design, develop, and commission

new projects on time and within budget.

Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients

throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-18 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, or a

related field.

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization)

Maint. work planning to Mechanical & Electrical staff
Work Planning & execution of Project Work
Monitoring of Energy consumption
Manage Engineering Store Activity
Vendor finding /development for Maint. & project items
Preventive maintenance planning and reduce Maint Cost.
Monitoring of project work as per given schedule time Shutdown Planning
Monitoring of Capex expenses vs approved budget.
Monitoring of Maintenance Cost.
Planning & monitoring of Plant Modification work
Utility Maintenance and operation
Manpower Management and technical training to technicians
External Contractual and job work Managemen
