Job Description

About the Role

Embedded Systems Engineer

What You'll Do

Design and assemble robust embedded hardware systems specifically for motion tracking and data acquisition.
Seamlessly integrate
IMU sensors
(e.g., MPU6050, ADXL345) and
GPS modules
(e.g., NEO-6M/M8N) into our systems.
Develop high-performance firmware primarily using the
Arduino/ESP32 Platform/pi
for real-time data acquisition and processing.
Conduct initial analysis of collected sensor data using tools like
Python
or Excel to identify trends and validate system performance.
Rigorously test systems on actual vehicles, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and optimizing performance in real-world scenarios.
Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure smooth system integration and overall project success.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

Strong foundational understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers (
Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Single board Computers
).
Proven experience with
IMU and GPS integration
and effective data logging techniques.
Hands-on proficiency with communication protocols like
I2C, UART, CAN bus and SPI
, as well as SD card interfacing.
Good programming skills in
Python, Linux,

C/C++ for microcontrollers
.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

Familiarity with
Raspberry Pi
or advanced Python scripting for data handling.
Bluetooth/Wi-Fi-based data transmission
protocols.
