Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Education Counselor / Academic Advisor to join our team in Bangalore. The primary responsibility is to guide students interested in MBBS studies abroad (especially Kyrgyzstan) by providing expert advice and support throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS programs abroad, primarily in Kyrgyzstan
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Assist students in the complete application process, documentation, and visa filing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner universities
• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling or academic advising
• Excellent communication skills (English and regional language)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Must be currently residing in Bangalore
• Female candidates preferred (not mandatory)

Salary:

Negotiable – based on experience and skills 20k to 30k Basic Salary + Incentives based on perfomance
