Job Title Education Counsellor (Female – Telugu & English) Location Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Employment Type Full-time, On-site Salary ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month, plus performance-based commission Naukri+7Indeed+7Indeed+7 Position Summary The Education Counsellor will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students, providing guidance on programmes in Animation, VFX, Game Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, and related creative fields. The incumbent will conduct personal counselling sessions, follow up diligently with leads, convert enquiries into enrolments, and contribute actively to admissions targets and promotional events Indeed+1Indeed+1. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students, using provided leads Indeed. • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for students and parents at the centre Indeed+7Indeed+7Naukri+7. • Provide detailed information on various creative courses (VFX, 3D Animation, Game Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX) Scribd+3Indeed+3Indeed+3. • Convert walk-ins and telephonic enquiries into confirmed registrations through effective communication and follow-up Indeed+6Indeed+6Placement India+6. • Maintain accurate daily records of enquiries and follow-ups using Excel or CRM systems Indeed. • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly admissions targets Indeed+2Indeed+2Naukri+2. • Assist in organising and supporting admission campaigns, open houses, seminars, and events Placement India+4Indeed+4Naukri+4. Required Qualifications and Skills • Female candidate with fluency in Telugu and English, both spoken and written . • 2 to 6 years of experience in counselling, academic sales, or admissions; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Naukri+2Indeed+2Placement India+2. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset. • Basic computer proficiency, especially in Excel and CRM platforms . • Energetic, confident, and resilient under pressure.
