Ecommerce Manager (Skincare)

As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate E-commerce Manager who can lead our presence across major online platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Blinkit, and Myntra. Key Responsibilities Platform Management Own and manage our brand’s presence across Nykaa, Amazon, Blinkit, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized with relevant keywords. Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure timely new product launches, promotions, and visibility. Growth & Advertising Strategically run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, etc.) to maximize product sales and ROI. Analyze platform-level sales data and ad performance to make data-driven decisions. Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and brand-specific campaigns to drive conversions. Operations & Coordination Work with the internal design, operations, and supply teams to ensure sufficient stock, updated creatives, and smooth fulfillment. Monitor customer reviews and ratings; take necessary actions to address issues and improve brand reputation. Ensure compliance with platform policies and keep up with evolving e-commerce trends. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce accounts in the beauty/personal care or FMCG category. Strong understanding of keyword optimization, A+ content creation, and e-commerce advertising tools. Prior experience in scaling D2C brands or working with top e-commerce marketplaces. Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, platform dashboards, etc. Self-starter with a strong bias for action, attention to detail, and ownership. Show more Show less
