E-commerce Performance Marketer

Job Summary

Tecla Media is seeking a performance-focused E-commerce Marketer to drive results across paid ad platforms and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is skilled in scaling online sales, optimizing ROAS, and crafting high-performing ad campaigns. You will work with our creative and analytics team to deliver measurable growth for D2C and e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Analyze campaign data to improve performance and ROI
• Optimize landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and targeting
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams
• Drive traffic to e-commerce websites and track conversions
• Prepare performance reports and client updates
• Manage budgets and ensure high ROAS across channels

Skills Required

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics
• Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-com platforms
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
