Job Title: Office Driver

Location: [Chennai]

Department: Administration

Job Purpose:

To provide reliable and safe transportation services for company staff, documents, and goods, and to ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained and in good running condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport employees, guests, and company personnel to and from specified locations.
Deliver and collect official documents, materials, and other items as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle.
Always follow traffic rules and regulations.
Ensure timely reporting for daily duty and scheduled trips.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking oil, water, brakes, tire pressure).
Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain a logbook of daily trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
Assist with other general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Physically fit and able to sit for long periods while driving.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
Able to speak Hindi & English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
