Dozer Operator

Job Summary:

Minsol Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Dozer Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience for our mining and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for operating dozers to perform activities such as earth leveling, dumping, overburden management, and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers safely and efficiently for tasks including earth leveling, backfilling, bench making, dump maintenance, and road maintenance within the project site.
• Conduct daily equipment checks for operational safety — including brakes, hydraulic systems, blades, lights, and fuel levels.
• Maintain assigned working areas, create and maintain roads, dump yards, and safe workspaces as per site instructions.
• Follow directions from site supervisors and coordinators for daily job schedules.
• Carry out earthmoving operations to support excavation and loading activities.
• Maintain accurate work records, fuel logs, and daily operation reports.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report any mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team immediately.
• Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Dozer Operator in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Valid HEMM License / Dozer Operating License.
• Good knowledge of safe equipment operation procedures and site safety regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of working in challenging outdoor and site conditions.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and knowledge of dozer maintenance.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
