Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organized Dispatch Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have a background in logistics, team supervision, and coordination with transporters and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure timely movement of goods
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and internal departments
• Maintain dispatch schedules and records
• Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and LR copies
• Monitor loading/unloading processes and resolve any operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and logistics standards
• Lead a small team and manage manpower efficiently

Required Skills

• Experience in dispatch/logistics operations
• Familiarity with transport documentation and inventory systems
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar systems is preferred
