Director Software Engineering

As a Software Engineer at Trimont, you will be a key player in leading complex technology initiatives with broad companywide impact. Your role will involve developing standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions across various disciplines. You will design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs while reviewing and analyzing solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include configuring and supporting reconciliations in the FIS Intellimatch / Data Integrity Manager application, working with MS SQL Server queries, managing reports and subscriptions in Power BI, analyzing large datasets, and documenting procedures, requirements, and testing efforts. Collaboration with development, operations, reconciliation, and project teams to ensure priorities are met will be essential. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, experience working in an Agile environment, and previous exposure to reconciliation products like FIS Intellimatch / Data Integrity Manager. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, data analysis tools, Power BI, documentation, project management, and production support is required.
