Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Team Lead based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Team Lead will oversee and manage the digital marketing team, develop and implement marketing strategies, and coordinate with sales teams to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include team leadership, strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content writers, and designers

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Monitor team performance and allocate tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits

Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority

Work with content teams to optimize website content and blog strategy

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

Create and manage social media calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Increase engagement, followers, and reach through organic strategies

Analyze social media performance and make data-driven improvements

PPC (Pay-Per-Click)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms

Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, A/B testing, and campaign reporting

Track conversion metrics and ensure a high ROI on all ad spends

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and PPC

Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and others

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach

Preferred Skills:

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
