Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Content Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and content creation. You will be responsible for developing, curating, and executing engaging content across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more. You will work closely with executive team to ensure consistent brand messaging, drive engagement, and support overall marketing initiatives.

Responsible for developing and managing company's Online marketing strategy. Responsibilities include: 

  • Create and manage content for companys social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for company’s including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation, from blogs to landing pages.
  • Expertise in social media strategies, including LinkedIn marketing campaigns, aimed at engaging with B2B audiences and boosting brand awareness.
  • Perform audits on website architecture, page speed, sitemaps, and mobile usability.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain company’s digital presence
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on key metrics like traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Use CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow to update, optimize, and manage the company’s web pages
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the senior marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Company’s marketing campaigns

Skills and qualifications

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Website: Webflow CMS
  • LinkedIn, Twitter: Company page, Ad campaigns, paid & free job posts
  • Analytics: LeadLander, GA4 (Google Analytics), Looker Studio, PostHog
  • Monitoring website performance: Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools
  • CRM: Salesforce (Essentials Edition)
  • Building Contacts: ZoomInfo, Apollo.io and Hunter.io
