Digital Marketing Manager - Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and implement innovative digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to measure and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Experience:

  • 5 -10 years of experience in digital marketing, with Similar role in the Reputed Organization.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).

Qualification:

  • Graduation / Post Graduation , Preferred in Professional Courses.
  • Must have Certification in Digital Marketing.

Salary: 5 - 8 lakh per annum.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
