Position Overview:
Digital Marketing Manager
scaling the HitFame app’s downloads, selling premium packages
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Revenue-Focused Campaigns
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy to drive
user acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Drive sales for
premium packages and lead subscriptions
via performance-driven campaigns - Execute targeted campaigns for
artist bookings, B2B lead generation, and affiliate marketing
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Build a powerful presence on
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
- Plan and execute
content calendars
, reel strategies
, and brand campaigns
- Work closely with the creative team for high-performing content across platforms
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display Campaigns
- Design and run
remarketing funnels
and lookalike audience campaigns
to boost conversions - Manage ad budgets,
CAC (Cost of Acquisition)
, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
, and CPR (Cost per Registration)
effectively
AI-Powered Marketing & Tools
- Leverage AI tools for
audience targeting, personalization, and automation
- Utilize platforms like
Appsflyer, Clevertap, MoEngage, Firebase, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.
Branding & Positioning
- Build and manage HitFame’s
digital brand identity
, aligning visuals, tone, and campaigns with its entertainment DNA - Develop
influencer marketing strategies
to boost platform visibility and credibility
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Hotjar
, and CRM dashboards to measure campaign success - Deliver regular reports on KPIs, funnel drop-offs, conversions, and retention insights
Strategy & Execution
- Define, test, and scale
online marketing funnels
for different audience segments (aspiring actors, singers, models, agencies, etc.) - Plan
monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital marketing strategies
tied to revenue and growth targets - Build internal workflows, SOPs, and performance tracking systems
Requirements:
4–8 years
of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or mobile-first tech startups
- Proven experience in
growing mobile apps
, selling subscriptions, and driving revenue via digital channels - Strong command of all major
social platforms, paid ads managers
, and automation tools
- Deep understanding of
subscription funnels
, remarketing
, lead nurturing
, and engagement retargeting
- Hands-on experience with
AI marketing tools
, performance tracking, and data-driven experimentation - Excellent knowledge of
SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization)
, and app analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:

freelancer platforms, talent marketplaces
