Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development

Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with EIZO India's business objectives. Focus on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing strategies across online channels.

SEO & SEM:

Lead the SEO strategy to enhance organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to the website. Manage SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid channels to increase lead generation and ROI.


Content Marketing:

Oversee content creation and ensure the consistent development of high-quality digital content across various platforms including the website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels. Drive content strategies that align with customer pain points, needs, and interests.


Email Marketing & Automation:

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Manage automated workflows and customer segmentation to improve personalization and deliverability.


Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with EIZO India’s target audience and build brand presence. Manage paid social campaigns and organic growth strategies.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to monitor and analyze performance across all digital channels. Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.


Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

Design and manage lead-generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and handoff to conversion.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with sales, product, and creative teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals and product launches. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Budget & Campaign Management:

Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and meet KPIs. Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to drive continual improvement.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are highly desirable.


Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
