FOTOME is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement across various digital platforms. Responsibilities: · Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. · Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI. · Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos, to foster community engagement and enhance brand visibility. · Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions. · Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives. · Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. · Manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and drive conversions. · Monitor and manage online reputation, including responding to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and review platforms. · Stay informed about changes in digital marketing technology and trends, and implement new tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. · Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of two years in a similar role. · Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. · Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software. · Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively. · Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable results. · Experience with graphic design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
