About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic individual to lead our digital content initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can seamlessly blend storytelling, trend analysis, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving our brand’s voice through compelling scripts, engaging social media content, and effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Script Writing & Content Creation

• Develop compelling scripts for social media videos, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and influencers to turn scripts into high-impact content.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on target platforms and audience segments.

2. Content Research

• Stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and content formats across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze competitor content and consumer behavior to inform creative strategies.
• Generate content calendars and idea pipelines based on research insights.

3. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across all key social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track analytics and optimize content based on performance metrics.

4. Team Management (Digital Marketing)

• Lead a team of content creators, designers, and social media executives.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Conduct regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing heads to align digital strategies with brand goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in script writing and digital content creation.
• Strong grasps of social media trends, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
