Role & Responsibilities : We are seeking a skilled and creative Landscape Architect to join our real estate development team. This role involves designing and implementing outdoor spaces that enhance property value, improve user experience, and align with environmental and zoning regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both landscape architecture principles and the real estate development process. 1)Assist in developing landscape designing of all types of projects 2) Assist in evaluating drawings, presentations, reports received from consultants 3)Assist in conducting regular weekly/monthly workshops, design coordination meeting 4)Review, evaluate design proposals, working drawings and material submissions from consultants for alignment with project requirement 5)Coordination with external and internal stakeholders for project planning.
