Job Description

We’re looking for a Design Program Manager who can streamline the chaos of creativity into clear, trackable, and efficient processes. You’ll work across functions — from category managers to a small but dynamic design team — to make sure every creative deliverable lands on time, within scope, and within budget . Key responsibilities: 1.Creative Workflow & Planning Intake creative requirements from category managers and translate them into structured task plans . Prioritise deliverables based on business needs and product launch schedules. Maintain a live monthly and weekly roadmap for creative output across product categories. 2.Task Management & Execution Use Zoho Projects (or equivalent PM tools) to: Create and assign projects and tasks. Set realistic timelines based on asset complexity. Track progress and follow up on pending items daily. Balance team workload across designers, avoid bottlenecks, and ensure accountability. Be the single point of contact for the design team and liaise with other teams for approvals, updates, and escalations. 3.Resource Planning & Forecasting Anticipate upcoming design workload based on project pipeline and product calendar. Proactively plan for resource needs — decide whether to involve external resources or request full-time hires. Maintain a scalable resourcing model to meet delivery goals without overspending. Support hiring processes by defining roles and skills required, when needed. 4.Budget, Cost & Time Tracking Monitor actual vs estimated time and cost spent on each project using PM and reporting tools. Track standard task durations vs real output to gauge team efficiency . Collaborate with finance/category leads to generate monthly reports on cost per project or product line. Flag deviations early and suggest corrective actions where needed. 5.Reporting & Performance Insights: Create weekly and monthly dashboards tracking Analyse process gaps and propose automation or optimisation strategies. Skills required: 2–4 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in design, creative, or marketing teams. Background in design or creative production is must (e.g., product design, visual design, graphic design) Strong grasp of creative timelines and common creative asset types. Experience managing projects with tools like Zoho Projects , Asana , ClickUp , or Trello . Proficiency in time/cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting . Ability to forecast workload , make resource allocation calls, and balance short- and long-term planning. Show more Show less
